Supported Image Formats
We support the following image types: .JPG, .Jpeg, and .PNG.
We don't support using .HEIF, .HEIC file types.
If you are on an iOS device, you can select an image or take a new picture directly inside of One2 Menu.
If you would like to save your photos in iOS as JPG by default, here's a quick tutorial to adjust the camera settings in iOS (as of iOS 13).
